Significa che hai completato l'offerta (nel tuo caso Toluna.IT) e devi aspettare che ti diano il "FULL CREDIT", ma per ora c'è qualcosa che non va e il full credit non arriva.. Nemmeno a me, dopo 1 giorno (il tempo massimo di arrivo del FULL CREDIT) non è ancora arrivato.
